A delegation led by Valentin Touris, Consul General of Uruguay in Chongqing, visited and exchanged at Chongqing Limaohang

On the afternoon of April 8th, Mr. Valentin Touris, Consul General of Uruguay in Chongqing, led a delegation to Chongqing Limaohang International Trade Co.,Ltd. Visit and exchange. Accompanying the visit were Mr. Xiang Qian from Hao Long Group and Mr. Bruno Lucas, the Investment and Trade Specialist. The exchange focused on the exchange of economic and trade information between China and Ukraine and explored potential trade opportunities.

After Consul General Valentin Touris and his delegation arrived at Limaxing, Luo Weijia,  the  general  manager  of  Chongqing  Limaxing,  and  his  team  gave  a  warm welcome and took a group photo in front of the company. Then, accompanied  by General Manager Luo Weijia, Deputy General Manager Wang Ying and others, Consul General Valentin Touris and his team visited the company's export modified vehicle exhibits in person, learned about the modified features of the vehicles, the finished products after modification, and briefly observed the modification workshop to have a direct experience of the vehicle modification process.

During the discussion session, Wang Ying, the deputy general manager of Valentin Touris,  gave  a  detailed  account  of  the  company's  core  competitiveness  and  its experience in the field of automotive foreign trade to the Consul general team. She particularly mentioned that Li MAO Xing is actively focusing on the South American market and shared its interest in the Uruguayan market. Consul General Valentin Touris said that if necessary, he would be willing to offer some assistance to the economic and trade cooperation between Li Maxing and Uruguay.

During  the  exchange,  the  two  sides  also  discussed   Uruguay's  advantageous products.  Li  Maxing expressed  interest  in  importing  high-quality  resources such as Uruguayan beef, seafood, crystals and red wine, and learned in detail about the export standards  and  market  access  conditions  of  the  relevant  products.  Consul  General Valentin Touris said Uruguay has significant advantages in these areas and that the import plans of Limaitong are highly in line with Uruguay's export direction.

The exchange event served as a bridge for practical communication between the two  sides.  Taking  this  exchange  as  an  opportunity,  Limaxing  will  continue  to  pay attention to the developments in the Uruguayan market, deepen its research on the economic and trade environment in South America, and contribute its strength to trade exchanges between China and Uruguay.
